Kim Eun: Financial Consumer Protection Act Commentary
Since March 25, 2021, the United Society's Fund for Consumers Protection Act has been implementing new aspects of the financial sector. The financial law traditionally regulates the numbers of people who are prisoners -- banks, stockholders, insurance companies, cardists. But the regulations of the convicts' standards were so limited that there was a need for regulation of function, because they had a big limit to the benefits of regulation. Under the 'The Principles of Same Functions', bank laws, capital markets laws, insurance laws, mutual savings bank laws and regulations on management and administrative disciplines (called "registered regulation") were enacted under one law. Depending on this background, this book focused on three features:. First, the author instituted a sub-rule of the financial consumer law. He wanted to pinpoint the system of regulation in the process of the culture, based on the experience and knowledge that he had shared in representing the bank rights in the administration TF. Second, according to the nature of the financial consumer law that functions as a 'union law,' we wanted to increase our reader's chances of comparing by reviewing in detail how existing regulations reflect on financial consumer protection laws. Thirdly, it's easy to make sure that the financial consumer laws are implemented by writing out and checking the channeled interpretations of vast amounts of quality, such as the rapid processing system's return, the Ombuzmann reply, and the financial regulation portal.
