Kim Dae-ho: Internet governance

At a critical change in Internet security, which has been managed by the United States to become an international community, we looked at the issues surrounding Internetus. A major principle of Internet security was the multi-stike role model, and the Internet Gabonance Forum, which reflected the principles, as well as the changes in Imanan and the World Summit for Information Socials, which are already part of the global communications. The Internet itself has discussed the role of government and has dealt with what civil society and private sectors have in the world. It also stressed that the change in frameworks of Internet security should be a basis for discussion, as well as the subsequent cyber-colour and historical breakthrough of market democracy.
