The book is the first book of Kim Tom Hong-chun, who has been a communication expert and a publicator for over ten years, while studying and building up possible organizational flow and reading management for organization and personal growth. The idea of ‘booktact’, particularly focusing on the utility of reading, is devised, and it links reading as part of the way management creates organizational communication and a new culture. Since the 1992 National Brands for Reading Management and Job Authorization, many companies have started to adopt the Reading Management System and have made many changes in the organization. Yet, while still aware of the importance and need of Reading Management, it is the reality that we are having difficulties with how to use and to guide ourselves. Also, reading management has been largely on reading maps and activity projects. And the problem was that the idea of reading education and knowledge being directed to children and adolescents, and the emphasis on reading activity itself, was not finding a way to reconcile with organized culture.
