This book is a study designed to recognize the severity of regional decline resulting from demographic changes and to establish appropriate responses and effective policies within the field of community social welfare. In particular, given that areas of population decline are becoming commonplace outside of the Seoul metropolitan area and some major cities, a primary objective is to predict the regional decline that most of the country will face in the near future and to propose urgent community social welfare policies. These changes will have a significant impact on the social welfare sector. In particular, the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are expected to have a meaningful influence on the field. In response to the introduction of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, it is necessary to establish a social welfare delivery system that provides diverse community social welfare administrative services aligned with the demographic characteristics of local governments.
