The juvenile meat system provides facilities, resources, and other infrastructure for adolescents to work on the ground. The more young experts know about the juvenile meat system, the better the services they provide, and the better they can achieve balanced growth. Two years have passed since the revision of this textbook. Meanwhile, laws of various kinds have been revised, and the basic plan of youth policy has changed from sixth to seventh, and so on. The article’s category of youth parenting has reflected the growing importance of youth policy propulsion, adding “the push system for youth” to the area of youth activity, youth welfare, youth protection, and recovery.
