It's hard to read, but it's very well organized. So I'm going to read it over and over again.
It's a good reading if you don't know the law, and you read it in advance when you invest in real estate that is either fraud or loss. It was easy to understand the laws, because there were rules and details. I recommend it.
I was approached in the book to help with the real estate conflict. First, I felt comfortable that books were not as thick as I thought, and secondly, I found them to be not small but very editable. Most of all, the fact that each chapter had so many cases attached to it that it was not necessary to find a relevant one. I liked the last time it was a very hard-to-see pink edit in the law book.
