It's good to be able to read about things that are difficult for us to think about, but we haven't thought about them on our own.

It's starting with the word anxiety and it starts reading it, which is hard and unintelligible, but it's getting a lot more familiar when you read it than when you first read it. I think it's a good time just to be able to read books like this.
