Finally, you've done it. I bought it and read it over and over again, and I opened my bookcase and read the book. I've been thinking about what I'm thinking about in my studies, and it's good to have defined it as "food science" and to look at our history and culture around food.

The book is not only focusing on the production and consumption of food by exploring Korean food culture and history, but also analyzing a wide range of different fields of philosophy, history, social functions and national policies. And especially the potential of food science was in three problems. "How about today's food consumption in Korea? How did you get involved in Korean food? What are the old and the seemingly familiar things that are involved in food and customs? 'That's it. By asking questions like these and answering them, we show how the meeting of food and humanities is possible.
