Joo Young-ha et al.: Food Oral History

In the last 100 years or so, Korean society has experienced more than one major problem: strength and war, urbanization and industrialization, democracy and economic development, and the fact that the diet of the custom has also changed dramatically. Especially since the 1960s, the change in diet has been remarkable. This change did not happen without conflict. That is, the different agents involved in the production and distribution and consumption of food and food interact with each other. So, to be able to examine the main reason why Koreans today are eating these foods or have been fed with humanities, we need to be interested in how various agents around food have adapted to the change in diet. Especially with very little oral material associated with Korean lifestyles, collecting or accumulating oral material that focuses on the culture of diet is significant. The book is called the "Oral Getory of China" and records their memories since the 1950s, as well as the experience of those who have been active in food and food and academic circles.
