'My life is strange and unusual, but it's worth it and beautiful' is the ambassador to Young-young from the drama 'The Great Teacher'. Disabilities are a part of the body and mind, a precious resource that lives in and out of harmony and sharing. National and local government organizations are looking for ways to organize special education programs for the disabled, early detection of special educational subjects, guidance for special educational participants, training for special education, development and distribution of the school district, the research and distributions of special education centers, and the advancement of special educators. Also, there is a process of educating the disabled and making lifelong educational arrangements, a search for special educational services for those who are in need, and a work that is considered necessary to improve special education. For healthy and happy social situations, both disabled and disabled people must be a community of empathy, and there must be various services to support this. In this regard, individualization education should be conducted by the head of each grade school, with plans that include educational goals and methods or related services suitable for disability patterns and disability traits, depending on the ability of individuals in special educational institutions. Especially for the educational needs of special educators and social response to individualizations, we need a service program that is structured in a unique fashion, including the care of guardians, special educational staffs, career and professional education personnel and support of services related to counseling. This education should be conducted for life before the start of preschool and it should be planned in close family, school and community.
