I purchased and read this book after it was selected as a required reading for my late-blooming Korean Medicine and Health major. I would like to applaud the author for their thoughtfulness in trying to make the book easier and more enjoyable for beginners with no prior knowledge of Korean medicine. It was very helpful as it allowed me to easily understand the principles of Korean medicine, which are often treated as relics of the past.
It is fun to read.
It lacks depth and is just a list of items. The book is too thin and has a lot of blank space... Not very good.
