Jihyun Park et al.: 30 Indonesian Case Laws
A book with the following rules from the hearts of Indonesians is the first to be introduced to Korean readers. As the daily reunion between the universities and students in Indonesia took place over ten years later, I could not help but feel the vast resources of Indonesia and the people who live with painful history. In the meantime, I have published in my journals conversations about sharing the law with the Indonesian ambassador, president, professor, and students, but deeper down, I think we can find a story of manuscript and defendants that are on the inside of history. The international precedent has objectively presented the opinion of the court with international norms and legal feelings, but the authors believe that the feelings of the Indonesian nation's law are actually different. Indonesia has a diversity that officially recognizes the world's population of four to five religions and still recognizes the juicitan canister, and it adopted the Pancasspe as the national ideology of 1945, creating the power to now. In the past 350 years, we read in the precedent of historical war stories in the course of independence and Malaysian national formation. The story of the Minister of Women is also found in a precedent where local fishermen have sunk their damages into shells. The book, made with three Indonesian lawyers, has a frank story as an Indonesian citizen. I hope Korean readers have helped us to understand Indonesia a little bit.
