Ji Young-hwan: President vs. Congress

President W. Shang's presidential council sets up a functional relationship with the president and Congress. The main thing is to analyze the leadership of the president, which is the level of power-wandering. The main analytical framework is the power interaction, and a supplemental analysis of the system that explains institutional diversity between the United States and South Korea is suggested. Through historical review and cross-state analysis, we design the analytical framework according to three models, and explain change by trying to model the relations of the U.S. and South Korean presidents' great Parliament.
