Jeonnam School Innovation Writing Team: How does a school become a school?
How does school become a school? It is a book that records some of the more than 15 years of innovation, learning and practice by education agents from all over the world. The former South Korean innovation school has been doing a lot of work to solve the problems of the agricultural village, the lack of education and the like. The effort was pushed into the policy of the Ministry of Education, but it was also carried on through the voluntary efforts of teachers and parents, regardless of the efforts of the Education Agency. The most obvious of these was the movement to save a small school. The small school-saving movement that was conducted across the country as well as on local education was largely a community collaboration of teachers and parents. This trend has developed into a systemic movement, a new school movement, which is the national solidarity. The school-saving movement that was going on in each area at this time has been very stimulating to other local schools, teachers and parents, sharing the need for systematic effort to revolutionize schools beyond smaller schools. The new school movement that has been going on since 2000 is the innovation school movement which has taken the school into institutional policy in the first stage of public liberal education. Over the 12 years of innovation education, the School of Innovation has become a symbol of progressive education, but it is at the time when the National Fourth Class Education Watch has been able to see the fate of the Innovator School according to its changed terrain. But as this book says, it's really a reminder that innovation has been a policy or a major force of the Ministry of Education. Because it's the history of innovation schools that has been built on the commitment of the school community in each school.
