The demand for job evaluations for disabled people has increased recently and the importance of that is being highlighted. A job evaluation, provided as part of adult rehabilitation services for those who are out of work and who want to adapt to work, has been treated as a vital step in the development and employment of switch-ptronous students. In addition, job evaluations are becoming more important by the standard of appropriate decision to support services, besides providing objective information for individualization programs for disabled people. The interest in evaluations for income and employment support for the general support of disabled graders has been increasing, and demand for evaluations, including low-cost application, near-duty aid and supplemental equipment support, has steadily increased. The demand for increased expertise, along with a positive expansion of the capacity to perform professional evaluations, has grown. In the field of rehabilitation, especially in the service of job evaluation services, there are very few domestic books available, although the expertise and skills are more necessary. In these situations, the main theory for job evaluation and the practical application of the material were written in a comprehensive way to help students who studied professional evaluations and rehabilitation.
