Jeong Mun-gi: Local Autonomy Theory
By the mid-1990s, when I was in graduate school, the National. And what we were trying to figure out in graduate school was the local self-interest, which was the same as the moment we were thinking about what we would study in graduate schools. And then I did my paper in the district, and I was assigned to the University of the P.D. in 2007 and continued my course on local self-interest. After the year 2004, the temporary health problems and the spread of Corona were rather timed to look back on the body and the mind and become a time asset to writing. 3-4 hours a day, without having to go through the discussion, we're constantly trying to make energy and effort. And it was not just the accumulation of writing, but the process of taking a look at myself and getting to know me. All of this has melted down and since we've been teaching the local government for the last 15 years, it seems that the data that we have written and prepared has been organized and shaped in my own eyes into a book. That an individual can become loved and be able to make a difference by knowing his neighbor and community as a resident. He's teaching local government and administration in the faculty and graduate school and asking the name of the board and the district council, which he himself has picked by hand. Most students, unlike the director of the photo-sized municipalities, can't easily name the president of the basics and the district council. Local elections end as a single-time event, but as a community, students are also involved in not knowing what policies and businesses are going to happen.
