Jeong Jae-hoon: Research on the Subcontracting Act
The law of low-end law is an important law for the relationship between large and small companies in the high-end trade, which is widespread not only in the traditional industry but also in many new industries. The law of management, with its special legal nature in the fair trade, has something in common with business practices, mass distribution laws, and surrogacy, which also weights on civil justice. This law is based on deep theoretical understanding and insights of fair trade, civil justice and administrative laws. The lower-line policy and the execution are at the heart of what we call the 'clinical relationship' policy in society, and even in the actual administrative and court civil cases of fair-trade disposal, the law has a significant weight. So the correct legal understanding and application of practical aspects are also important. The book is a theory and an office manual that has studied and analyzed the current law of rank and run at multiple angles, and it has been revised in July 2023 and has been fully revised since October. The author, based on his experience as a major fair-trade judge and emergency member of the Fair Commission in Seoul High Court's Fair Court, has compiled a wide range of discussions in Japan involving the regulations, the proceedings, the studies and related laws that are similar to South Korea's. From specific down-line legislation, the various cases and issues were divided into general obligations and duties to pay, and then divided into sub-compensation duties and responsibilities.
