What would be the answer if we had a basic and important field of the various details of international law? Considering the overwhelming importance of treaties as courts of international law, few would think that the treaty is one of them. Much of international relations today is achieved through treaties. The treaty is the most reliable and most effective agreement in the international community. Foreign officials, when negotiating with their allies, start first by making sure that there is any treaty between them that applies to the region. In retrospect, the treaty was the first graduate course that the writer gave at Seoul University. The most advanced courses in the next 25 years, except for the general idea of international law, were treaties. The law school had established a treaty about once every two years, with 11 legal colleges, 3 legal college studies. By the time he started his early 40s, he was not very interested in this field of special knowledge. I started a lecture because it was important, and because of the fact that I was doing it, I became a student and I accumulated the relevant material. The graduate course was not a small help in increasing writer's view of the field of treaty law. Since previously, the standard legal treaty book was used in English as a textbook, it had to read these books for preparation, and when the course was finished, it was learned by students of the water.
