The Cool School book of a regular teacher is a good book to study on her own.
New Type DMBF B2 to prepare for test. Attachments only contain hearing files, but books themselves contain a lot of amounts, including test types. And it's helpful because it includes the test guide itself. It contains as many types of problems as it is thick.
