It's written by a current judge, and it feels like the material is professional and a lot of major sections have been divided. I got a lot of help.
Jeong Gi-sang: Practical Research on Expropriation and Loss Compensation Law
The trial experience in Seoul’s administrative court for two years since February 2011 has given the author a short time of much thought about the public acceptance and loss compensation system. It is not easy to design a system of acceptance that can give the members of society the greatest satisfaction in the value of convenience and fair compensation and pro-integrity. In view of this, it was a little bit ironic that our acceptance laws were somehow taken aside in business enforcement and came to the fore with the idea of looking for a suitable alternative through the presentation of interpretations or legislation. Under this frame of mind, several papers were published in various academic journals from July 2012 to September 2017. The comments of the authors combined, and it was evident that the author’s thinking on current public acceptance and loss compensation systems had structured its system, and he was so encouraged to share them with a lot of people that he gathered the above articles together. The book is made up of two main sections: public acceptance and loss compensation. The 'Supportation' dealt with the process and effect of acceptance, and the 'Victims Rewards ’ with the loss of property rights by forced deprivation. I have tried to cover the whole issue of public acceptance and loss compensation, but I confess that there are not a few things I haven't dealt with yet. I'm going to try and make sure that the next revision will be a full-scale supplement.
