Jeong Chang-mu: Real Estate Development and Market Analysis

The idea of the book on the analysis of real estate markets was when the writer started his shift at the Mo Construction Company Development Department after a graduate city planning course. I remember when I first read the book Uruuuuous and Real estates, which was Professor Wehton's book, after returning from my post-doc, and moving away from real estate analysis while working with the Seoul Institute of Urban Management Research. And as we were teaching this book, we started to do some research on the analysis of real estate markets and started writing papers. We've been working on the main areas of the book: housing, business reviews, office analysis, hotel marketing, factory real estate analysis, convention centers and proper review. After some research, the book "Prevention Development and Market Analysis" was so well accepted by the publisher that it failed to keep its promise for 16 years, since 2006. Using a study I had acquired several years before the first year of 2004, I said: ‘ Let’s finish this year’s book. I decided to start the procedure, but I was tired and hesitant about re-renewing the results of the empirical studies I had done decades ago. It was hard to get the data, and even though it was up to date, it was not easy to change the past of the study to its current status. I've been trying to get myself involved.
