Jeon Sang-sook: Modern Korean Nationalism and Revolutionary Ideology, Democratic Republicanism
The book has seen history and politics form the modern nationalism and nationalism ideology of South Korean society on the ground of international relations with Western modern national systems since the opening paragraph. In a historic period called the'modernism', it was noted that the so-called ‘ethnicism ’ has been created and is now generally destabilized by the 'indemocracy' and 'ideal ideas'. In this regard, we are reminded that modern nationalism was the political principle and ideology of revolution that transformed modern societies into civil societies in modern national states. So it looked at modern nationalism through the current esoteric and egalitarian ideas and, in turn, changed the political and social processes that have resulted in the rise of modern ethnic awareness in Korean society and the formation of a people and a nation-stateism that has been formed since Korea came to a country in the face of the power of Western powers armed with modern national national national systems and modern weapons. This has given us a review of the nature of Korean modern nationalism discussion and formation, and has given it a look right into the present-time liberation of internal democracy and egalitarian thinking, which is the key element of modern nationalism that has created the state state of modern nationalism. And now, with the issue of Korean nationalism being discussed, we have to re-organize it in a general way, with a problem of national unity and the reality of multiculturality.
