Jeon Sang-bong: Reading Gangnam

I read Gangnam, which is a symbolic region of our society's wealth and power, and it's what we're born through. Gangnam is the result of a massive rise in the population in Seoul, a divide in North and South Korea, and a plan for economic development based on one U.S. Seoul’s population, which was about 900, passed 2 million in 1959. In 1966, 3,7 million people, including the one-21st wave, were over 4,330,000. Park Jong-hee's development in the East was an inevitable choice to embrace an explosive population. In half a century of what was just a shambles, the river became the center of people's wealth and power, and brand value has grown so brilliantly that it out-of-the-boxed Seoul. Nevertheless, there are several deep shadows on the back of Gangnam's brilliant honor. The author has no idea of my problem with the lack of support behind the lack - the housing and property costs, private education, public safety and financial ventures.
