This series captures the moving stories of individuals who lived beautiful and meaningful lives, loving their own lives, the lives of others, and the society and nature in which we live together. As a commemorative work marking the 90th anniversary of the martyrdom of Martyr Yu Gwan-sun, this book was planned based on historical verification. Efforts were made to discover materials and verify historical facts with the assistance of the Yu Gwan-sun Research Institute and the Yu Gwan-sun Memorial Society. Furthermore, the childhood episodes were compiled based on the testimonies of Ms. Nam Dong-sun, a childhood friend of the martyr, and Venerable Bogak, a classmate from Ewha Womans University.
