Description

A miracle-calling health switch,'self-saving' all! Is there a secret to longevity without the fascinating journey of disease that explores the scientific principles of aging and longevity? The self-sufficiency answers this question through a common denominator of the surviving longer than 110. According to author James Clement, the secret is as easy as turning a switch. This ‘ health switch, ’ known as a self - feeding, turns our bodies into ‘ cleaning modes. ’. Self-sufficiency is activated when we don't eat it, when our bodies reuse damaged proteins and metabolic waste, start burning fat, and protect the cells from stress. This complex process not only delays aging but also prevents aging-related diseases from diabetes to dementia and cancer. In fact, many religious traditions already know that ‘Why animals starve when they get sick,’ so that ‘planned hunger may be the best preventive against cancer and metabolic disease’ is derived from an 80,000-page paper on aging biology. A landmark study of anti-aging in the 21st century found that this book, called "The Self-Assession," was compiled in a volume. “Everyone has a doctor inside. We just have to help that doctor.”_Hippocrates.

It is a book that wants to know why inter - hunger is good for health and why it is based on reason. I'm glad you're doing it. I was motivated to continue my healthy diet and to learn more about it.
