The 'Yes' rule, introduced in the University of Antioch, U.S.A., as a judgment on sexual violence in campus, is not a ‘No’ absence, but a ‘yes’ statement as a standard for sexual consent. The principle of Nominsno's law respecting rejection is not to ask if the victim has turned down the rape case but to ask whether the perpetrator has received clear consent from the other person. Thus, a policy of respect for individual physical and sexual decision-making rights, Yes Minz Yes, who asked each person to obtain clear ‘sexual consent ’ from the previous decades, is highlighted as a solution to the victim’s overwhelming rape culture.
