I read this to reflect on the biblical codes of conduct we must adopt to live as Christians.
Struggling to decide how to live is a fundamental human need for survival. If one resolves to live as one pleases, one may be comfortable, but those around will live in discomfort. Being ethical means considering the people with whom one lives. Reformed ethics goes beyond this way of thinking to lead Christians to consider how they can live together with the world and become a light to it.
J. Dauma: Reformed Ethics
*Reformed Ethics* is a book that introduces moral principles for responsible Christian behavior. It consistently addresses questions and topics by connecting them, such as what morality and ethics are, how the Ten Commandments and the Law function in the behavior of modern Christians, how love—Christ’s highest norm—relation to the commandments, and whether the ethical neutral zone of adiaphora truly exists.
