Technology has changed so fast that the way content is consumed is rapidly changing. All of the content is created and consumed in digital and Internet formats, as it was in the time of the digital and internet. Because copyright alone is not fully protected by digital content and once digital property leaks, the damage is so great that authors have begun to apply technical protection to content for its protection. Copyright laws have responded to these changes by protecting technical protection measures. One day, it hit me as if I could read the Amazon-Angle electronic book that he had bought from Apple's iouters. To do so, we learned that we must disable the technical protections applied to the terminal e-books and also the fact that copyright laws are banned. Also, by this time the debate over the legality of the iPhone breakout had become an issue in the United States. This too is a discussion of technical protection measures. The importance of copyright protection and the fair use of users was to be considered as a legal defense of technical protection, and to be too much of a symbol of copyrighter's interests. The problem that began naturally led to a concern for technical protection and, as a result, became the subject of the paper.
