Hong Deok-hwa: Korea's nuclear power socio-technical system
The first step in the 2017 First Ring 1 declaration was to issue a de-nuclear declaration, and the next decades are a pile of homework for Korean society to do to change its own energy. For example, the stupidity of cheap electric consumer societies with power power power products not only limits the reality of energy prices but also delays the transition to sustainable energy systems. The reason why the expectation of exporting power is not idle and why nuclear weapons and development is still in the corner of social surveillance is also necessary to look at long breathing. We need to develop the experience of publicization, the experience in the history of the energy democracy in Korea, to explore a better energy democracy. Because the political and social basis for de-nuclear energy conversion has to be strengthened so that the policy can prevent new power failure and the end of the life span of the old one. Rebuilding energy publicity and finding ways to change justice to change sustainable energy systems is essential. Nothing easy, but a whole mess of realities, and a re-invention of the formation and transformation of the pro-social technology system, could be the starting point. And when you're on the historical horizon, you can see more exactly what the performance and limitations of denuclear energy conversion policies are. The analysis of the pre-social technology system suggests that the denuclear energy shift is the question of what kind of social-technology we're going to create.
