I just found out that data analysis is possible with Excel.
It is a shame that the translator is merely a Japanese major. Technical books require an understanding of the relevant technology to be translated accurately, but this looks like a literal translation at first glance. For this reason, regarding "clear purpose" in the table of contents—what does "clear" even mean? A specialist would never use such a term. Also, "multiple regression analysis" is the correct term; it appears to have been translated directly from Japanese, doesn't it? A proper book
