Gyeonggi Research Institute: Funding for Universal Basic Income

The basic income of the notion that everyone has minimal income to make life human. The nation regularly pays cash to every individual without any condition. The prospect of social and economic change in the fourth industrial revolution has particularly been highlighted by the growing income inequality. But if this system of good intentions can't provide great resources, it will be more than a ping-up theory. And by far the abuse of many issues surrounding real income is a fundraising measure. The research in the way to finance basic incomes has been conducted mainly on tax sectors or financial reform. The book, which deals with the financial resources of basic incomes, introduces four directions: tax reform, government capital, and revenue benefits, including the original public-based purpose of public research and tax budget restructuring, besides financial reforms. I hope that the whole book, which has the most realistic solution to a basic income, will be able to provide resources and provide a way to calm the question and concern about basic incomes.
