Description

This is a textbook designed to help those who prepare American public accountants organize the content of the U.S. law. For those of you who are preparing for a public accountant, it's the reality that law courses, not accounting, are too strange and have trouble systematically organizing the basic approach system. Law terms in particular increase the burden of memorizing things without understanding the basic concepts of law. As a public accountant, I've made this legal experience as best I can, so that I can systematically understand law to those who first come in contact with it. And to make it clear, we tried to translate it into our legal language so that we could understand the original English expression as well as possible. The point that we put in the main focus of this work was to make sure that you're prepared for your exam even if you don't refer to any separate textbook. There are limits, of course, to sum up the contents of a vast American law, but I'm sure you can do so by analyzing the problems of previous sales and then including the high part of the test, and then preparing yourself for the test with your originals alone. And in the case of U.S. law, reading your copy over and over again, rather than preparing the problem as a major test plan, can be the most effective test preparation.
