This is a book that I've borrowed from the library, and I finally bought it. Every bagel bread with Levan and polyshi is filled with valuable tips, including the Chivata bargett Kulchhom. And not only the dark ovens, but also the climate control of the Convex ovens that help Bakers use the home-convection ovens.
I have a difficulty with Levan.
It's easy to follow. I think it's okay.
I'm going to go into a bakery, and I've been home-baking, and finally I'll go over the bread. I preferred the bread that was made from simple ingredients, and I asked if it would be simpler, but I wanted to make it more difficult. I'll make it pretty good.
And it was great to have you know the details. we don't have any salt bread.
We're going to learn to slow down.
I don't know if it's a recipe for the recipe class that I was interested in, but I was curious about what it was.
Actually, this book is hard to explain to beginners, but it's too good to understand because it tastes like recipes.
It's over-exacted and it's a lot of different items. It was a pretty complete book I've ever bought. So that's good.
I love it. I liked your class, too. Thank you so much for the book.
Go Yoon-hee: Hello Slow Rabbit's Classic Bread
A home Baker who loved bread, and he was a baker, and every day he touched the dough, he put his hard time and effort into a book. With elaborate photos of processes like lessons, we freely put together the different methods of mixing and Derek's ovens, the numerous trial and error and sequential information that we felt as we made long hours of bread! recipes were made up of items that you can call "the classics of bread," and the first chapter dealt with bread using commercial yeast. You can get to know the different pre-shells and the strengths and weaknesses and get to be familiar with bread. The second chapter dealt with bread made from Levan Bay. Levan can be a little bit more difficult, but if you take the time and you take a little slow to make bread, you can actually make a very different bread with the yeast and the processes and the results. The third chapter dealt with rye bread. I talked about how we use rhomil levans and the characteristics of rhomills and what we should be careful about. You can see how the results change with fermentation and the half-a-meats with mix time. And then you can find bread that changes with the coopt. And don't lose your interest in flour. And we can also see the difference between our French wheat in numbers and our strong powder, gravity and gravity. The materials that we need are to use something that is easily available at the Market or the Bakering mall and make it easier for anyone to follow by choosing to sell a little bit of it.
