Go Byeong-cheol: Religious Laws, Policies, and Responses Under Japanese Rule

What religious laws and policies did the Chosun Ministry enforce, and what organization would they have used? How did the religious community react to religious laws and policies at the time? This is a basic question that makes up the story of the study. To answer this question, we refer to the book’s main laws on ‘the official religion, the New Religion, the Confucianism,’ its background, its mode of law, its organization and its change in religious policy, and its major response. I hope this book will help me to improve my subsequent research with the use of religious legislation.
