I read this book 12 years after it was published, and it is quite interesting; in particular, the space Battlestar platform does not seem far-fetched at all. As you delve into the details, you might think, "What is this?", but I think it is necessary to look at the context.
Rather than overflowing with nationalistic pride, it tugs at my heart.
