I am reading this thoroughly. I tend to think a lot about spiritual matters, and this book has a depth that clearly sets it apart from existing books.
It is more entertaining than any novel or science fiction. I wish it would be made into a movie. It is the story of the reincarnation of Jesus and Buddha, revealed by the Holy Spirit. You won't know the fun of it without reading it. As a related book to *A Course in Miracles*, it makes you think, "If this is the kind of experience I want to have, I want to try it too!"
Gary Leonard: The time Jesus and Buddha spent together
A Course in Miracles is a book written by psychologist Helen Schukman, recording the inner voice she heard over seven years. As an immortal spiritual classic that reveals amazing truths about existence and corrects the distorted teachings of Christ found in today's Bible, it has been considered the most cited and referenced book by spiritual teachers of this era since its first publication in 1976. However, what makes A Course in Miracles even more astonishing is the fact that millions of readers around the world have lived their lives using this book as a lifelong textbook, overcoming the bewilderment stemming from its massive volume of 1,300 pages and difficult sentences, as well as the fact that the voice's owner declared himself to be Jesus. Like Gary Leonard’s previous works *The Universe Vanished*, *You Are Immortal*, and *Love Has Never Forgotten*, *A Course in Miracles* is an excellent introductory book that presents the teachings of *A Course in Miracles*—notorious for being difficult to understand—in an easy and clear manner. However, these books also hold a peculiar backstory no less peculiar than that of *A Course in Miracles*. This is because they are the result of the author transcribing, in a conversational style, the process of receiving "individual instruction" on the theory and practice of *A Course in Miracles* from Thomas and Thaddeus, disciples of Jesus who visited from another dimension, whom he met dozens of times starting in late 1992. --- “What if Jesus and Buddha knew each other over many lifetimes and helped one another in their lives along that journey? In this illusion we are trapped in, enlightenment comes gradually, so even Jesus and Buddha had to start from the very bottom of the ladder.”
