There are many passages that help you realize how important it is to understand others and effectively present yourself in human connections. It doesn't take much time to read, so I recommend taking your time to read through it. ^^ The section on finding the "language of apology" left a deep impression on me. Everyone likely has their own unique language of apology, but how they express it
