The economics of basic incomes is the fourth book in the "The Total Occupational Income" published by the Bild Press. In the meantime, if the discussion of basic incomes has been related to philosophical, ethical and political justifications, the book claims that the basic income is necessary and possible in the eyes of economists. Part 1 deals with paradoxes that can understand the economic nature of basic incomes. “To some it is to the Lord or to all. “Give the rich, and the rich bear more. “The more you drive the poor, the less you receive.”. “It may be easier to walk than to walk less. “I work more if I don’t tell you to.”. “The more you divide, the more you share. Part 2 considers two economic effects of basic incomes. One is the effect on the job, the other is the effects on the wage. The idea that paying basic incomes would lead to a basic income test in Namibia, India, and elsewhere, and that the wages could be lowered by basic income, is theoretically countered. Part 3 reviews the relationship between the fourth industrial revolution and the basic income. The advent of the fourth industrial revolution, which explains artificial intelligence, unstable labor, has made it more necessary to have a common income, as well as the shared wealth of Big Data that makes the fourth Industrial Revolution possible, and should be distributed fairly. Part 4 suggests a model of the basic income that is available in Korea.
