Description

The law, legislation and freedom are books that have redefined classical liberalism to fit today's problem consciousness to organize the basic principles of free society. The main theme of this book is that the only way that humanity can coexist in peaceful prosperity is by liberalism, characterized by freedom, self-inhabitive order, law rule and limited democracy. What Heiek wanted to show in his book is that society is a ‘complicated order of its own creation,’ or self-organizing order, without the planning and regulation of the state. It's an order to solve economic problems on its own, such as poverty, employment, growth and polarization. Because of his misconceptions about the law and the rule principles of law, he is developing a new philosophy of free laws that will excise the misconceptions and become the basis of a free society. He is criticizing the so-called "social justice" (or distributed justice) of the development of liberalism and a mutual definition of justice. Heiek doesn't stop here. He's discussing a political order that can be compatible with a free society, a democratic political system. He is interested in finding the cause of this, not in guaranteeing freedom, but rather in recognizing freedom and the path of socialism, a misunderstanding of law and a lack of democracy without limit. Did you translate it into Google? Just because you're going to translate words into Korean doesn't mean you've got to translate them. You've done too little translation.

It's still in the early days, but the translation isn't smooth. There are a number of sentences that don't respond to magic, and there are many things that don’t make it easy for you to read without being too smooth about what that instructions mean. Thank you for translating it, but I'm still sorry I had to take a little bit of time and smooth it out. Not so bad at all.

This book is useful in seeking constitutional economic democracy. But high-heek and economic democracy produce a bizarre phenomenon.

It's not easy. But it's slowly chewing and reading. I thought, is it something you should know in your life in a free democratic country?
