Thank you.
Those who start sports, and those who are better than you, are more understanding and beneficial than you are.

Frederic Delavier et al.: Muscle Workout Guide Professional
A complete plate of muscle exercise guide from the series Muscle Exercise Guide. This book is the follow-up of the New Muscle Exercise Guide, which shows effective exercise for training. Using anatomy-forms theory, we introduce the best actions for each muscle to develop and provide more sophisticated motor strategies and testing programs to keep it up at a satisfactory rate. Especially vivid photos and anatomy illustrate how muscles interact with the surrounding joints and skeletons by changing the structure of the joints and bones around them, and what happens when they are used.
