The mission of Christian education is for those receiving it to possess a God-centered worldview. To achieve this, it is essential to systematically build a solid foundation, step by step, from childhood to sustain that worldview. However, most parents only realize the necessity of Christian education when their children reach the upper grades or become adults. A greater problem is that while church education should be based on Christian pedagogy, such a foundation is virtually nonexistent in practice. Furthermore, there is a failure to recognize the need for a holistic and integrated strategy for Christian education. Moreover, although this is an extreme assessment, current Christian education seems to focus more on superficial and visible activities than on fulfilling its true duty. The primary obligation of the church through Christian education is to foster genuine scholarship that reveals God's glory and to raise such Christians. Additionally, Christian education is crucial for preparing the next generation to serve God faithfully throughout their entire lives by fully understanding and practicing His will. Therefore, excellent approaches and guidance are required in the field where various forms of Christian education take place. For those grappling with these issues, this book is more than sufficient to make the flower of hope bloom. This book was written with the hope of revealing the glory of God in all areas of culture and academia, while noting that the entire foundation of Christian education lies in “theocentrism.”
