Description

The two differences were highlighted when the terms safety-I and Safety-II were introduced today in a way that clearly illustrates the purpose of safety care. The security-I view focuses on how things went wrong because they were in defense, while the safety-II view focuses upon how safety and work got productively done. And while it's not new or unusual to focus on acceptable outcomes and find support for them, safety-I has had little or no way of contributing. The purpose of the book is to present the concepts and methods that can be used to manage safety Il, not only the freedom of security from risk and loss, but also the idea and the way to improve the function of the entire organization. Chapter 1 and chapter 2 provide a brief introduction to safety management and the engineering of the book. Chapter 3 introduces the nature of the course and the concept of the capacity of the book. Chapters 4 and 5 explain details about the power of the Resistance and suggest a way of evaluating it. Since understanding how the overall capacity of the book functions is important, chapter six introduces a functional model for the course of the Leviathans. Based on this, chapter seven outlines a general strategy to manage the operation of the organization and develop the capacity of the book. Finally, chapter 8 gives a hint of the changing aspect of safety and the direction to be moved forward.
