Eom Sun-young: Philosophy of law
This book shows us why law has so much effect on our lives, not just on students of law and law. It was meant to help citizens living in law-based countries understand how to understand and manage laws. The philosophy of law is philosophical reasoning about law. The philosophy of law is not just a branch of law, it's a field of philosophy, it is a borderline of law and philosophy. It's our brain and mind's activity. The philosophy of law is a study of creative questioning and forgiveness of laws, of throwing any question into the law and of improving its reasoning. But not all reasons for law are laws. It must be philosophical. So, philosophical reasoning is what, and how it comes to the question of philosophical seduction. The author says philosophical reasoning is a resounding of understanding of things that are not possible through everyday experience, not material object. In other words, it is “the most difficult thing to do without trying to understand or profit from oneself, rather than being ordinary, beyond the normal vision of common sense, and causing surprise and wonder, and constantly pushing new questions, and not reaching the everyday means of quick and quick reasoning.”. The author also says that the way to do it is not to learn ‘it’ but to look for ‘each one’s own method ’ by looking at what other scholars did with it.
