Edith Klaus: Russian Literature, Reading Nietzsche

This book is 19 years old. Russian literature, unprecedented in the 20th century, is a revolution in moral consciousness. I found a goal of self discovery and self-responsibility to replace the traditional values of previous generations, but what value did the meeting with the writers who could not have the concrete prize to achieve it create? The author, through his'myth' concept as a culturally more than religious meaning, examines the influence of popular writers, mystic symbolics, revolutionary romantics, and the Neeche in his work at the time.
