Economic, Humanities and Social Sciences Research Council: Research on Global Talent Attraction Strategies in the Aging Society

The study examined the future educational challenges that Korean society must overcome in the new climate of global interaction and international competition. We've particularly noted designing immigration policies suitable for Korean society, which is preparing for the future population structure of declining underage age and declining production. In other words, as a basic strategy for continued development of future Korean society, we have analyzed new policy options for improving and acquiring quality talent in education. The idea of social integration, which involves the influx of immigrants in the long run, has been suggested, as well as the raising of domestic labor and social workers. This was a landmark review of ways to turn traditional foreign-American youth kindergarten into employment and immigration policies and thus create ways to secure higher labor workers. The foreign capacity and kindergarten policies that our government is currently promoting are becoming less skilled, less academic and more productive. If such policies are prolonged, it seems to be a big burden on our future society, like France and Germany. Meanwhile, the rate of student homelessness in local universities has been significantly reduced as our school - rapidly decline in school population has led to local bloodletting. So in view of the decline in school population and the percentage of admissions to college, you also need to look for ways to make college student gardens available as foreign-based students. This will require strengthening the global competitiveness of Korean higher education and raising national prestige. It will also be a new issue to enhance the level of immigration labor.
