Dr. Kim of Yeouido: Youth Rental Housing and Real Estate Finance
Seoul City's youth housing project is a public-owned, private-own-owning, public-building project with high-school housing, college students, young couples, newlyweds, 19-year-olds, 19 to 19-age-old girls and girls. It's a living security service that provides cheap rent to 39-year-olds. The policy behind it is that the young people are going to help them make money to pay for home support, because the high house prices in Seoul are so hard to provide. The biggest reason I'm interested in social enterprise and youth housing is that, macroeconomically, our society will now be at a turnaround, and (2) capitalism, which was money-based from industrial capitalism that needed massively productive consumption, and (3) that it was no longer within reach of production and consumption, is because we think that it's time to increase personal disposable income. To do so, we're predicting that the most likely percentage of housing costs will be reduced and the largest percentage is due to the fact that renting homes will be common, and competition between rent houses will come from the point where there's content, and 8) self-administrative housing, foster care, and other things like this, will be done and not just for the occasion. The PF real estate development industry has been the foundation of our industry in the last 20 years.
