Shangwiki v. White is a textbook on whiskey. The structure that starts at the entrance and goes into the profession, only came to the core. In Scotland, where whiskey is holy, each of the 100 distilleries has its own unique history, natural environment and story. The difference is the basis for the personality of whiskey. The book is a study by a global scholar who developed tools to specialize in analyzing the flavor of whiskey, helping him understand each story and personality of whiskey. Part 1 describes the history of whiskey, manufacturing processes, local features and explains the 12 categories and the way flavors are expressed, and how whiskey is classified accordingly. Moving to Part 2, the real addition and the Maltwice are presented. Starting with a map of the distillery's location, it explains the founders, the natural environment, and the characteristics. They look especially at the 103 distillery centers, the red ones of single moltwskis, and provide no information to avoid leaving for the whiskey travel. In the appendix there are various terms and comments about whiskey that should be learned. The additional description of the newly established distillation plant is worth a glance.
