It's been a long time since I left, but I have a lot of empathy. I read it with fun. I think it's good for developers to read.
David S. Platt: Who made this software so crappy?
Who made the software so stupid? The reason why software is difficult is to be funny and intuitive about who these things are, and what the well-made software is. It's easy to explain in contrast how developers make the wrong software and how users think, and it gives everybody involved in making and selling software a little bit of thought. First, the first part points out the developer's incorrect vision and allows developers to look back at how they treat their customers. And in the latter part of the talk, we're talking about the attitude of the software consumer to be desirable. let's make sure that customers understand the reality of the developer's psychology and software development. The problem of the use of software, especially difficult, is written in terms that are easy to read and that are humorously accessible to the average person. The reading point of this book! This is an appropriate manual for primary programmers who are interested in or are interested or are concerned about the use of the device, or web planners, administrators, UI developers, web developers, content authors, marketing/vsnitators, etc.
