Description

Dave Asfrey, a young businessman who became a fresh billionaire in Silicon Valley. He was about to take 140 kilograms, and he's 1,500 a day. Although he was taking in the 800-kcal calories and exercising for six days a week, 90 minutes a day, trying to get a lot of known diets, he suffered from persistent back-up and even low health damage that could not be properly walked at 400 meters. And when I was 30, all of a sudden, he had a bloodlett clot from the trombin that would continue, and I was sentenced to death by heart attack or stroke. From this point on, the author has been using his own time and assets to help control environmental change inside and outside of him, namely, Vyakming, to examine self-expert and what works and why. The Complete Program found there gave him 20 or so ice cookies and a weight loss of 50 kilos. The breakthrough was reinforced by the author's ten years of managing director, director of the Silicon Valley Health Institute, and director of a board of directors and directors, leading the field of anti-titaging. The High School of Education explains the scientific algorithm for food and health based on this hard-core knowledge from experts and the results of 15 years of directly investing in over $75 million. The author of the book says that through the 'Two-week Complete Programs,' we want to spend time on the duty of making time worth while, on changing the world, making life better.

He's never been thin, he's always been depressed by his mind, and the title was so much appreciated, and he got a lot of information, but he still has a lot more sense of his body fat, and "I mean, fat people know better than anyone.". I feel it all the time. "It's a book that has been surprised by the fact that I am sympathetic and unaware of, and it's going to be able to read again and get a little bit closer to a healthy body.

I think it's a book that breaks our health gap in ignorance. It's worth reading.

The food we've had so far. A book that completely reverses diet diet. A little confused.

I don't think diets are the subject of it, but I didn't know that I would read books like this. It was a book that was once caught in the back of a bookshop, which was just a short time ago interested in ‘vanic coffee. ’. And recently, because health problems require diet and diet control, I've been listening for a while and reading it. Dave Asprie, author of the book, says he weighed about 90 pounds when he was a billionaire in Silicon Valley. I can't get a full height, but it's 50 kilograms

[Anglebooks] Choin: Two-week diet-dive asprimms, zero-in-the-head transfer, zero mega-temperance.01 every day without the movement. Five kilos of weight. Twenty ice cookies! I was half-consumed by this dream story. You can eat less and exercise less. And then you're just going to subtract a little bit and then you eat again, and it's going to be a locus a lot of times. His body, a 140-pound message of warning, came to him, even though he was a young entrepreneur in Silicon Valley. The

By monitoring my health and what it means to be able to see hidden variables, and what affects my activities, the author began a perfect diet of life change and made changes in my life. And I was wondering what the process of perfect diets was, and it was really interesting to me about the previous course in Silicon Valley, especially the physical data measurements and experiments that biohacking had. You can feel the uniqueness of the author who looks at diet at a different point in the way
