The theme of this book is the history of Evangelical theology education, which has been designed to provide a historical perspective that would help us evaluate the weaknesses and failures of the Evangelical theological institutions as well as the strengths of the faith. The book reviews the ‘ Origin, Unique Contributions, and Tensions ’ in theological education specifically in Evangelical tradition. In many ways, it is an early study of the research field that has been ignored. The book provides the first one of historians' works that have explored various aspects of Evangelical theology education. This work is hoped to promote more research on topics that have been so often assumed for importance and historical development that have not been examined.
